Being diagnosed with cancer can be a profoundly stressful experience. Are you facing ongoing treatment? Or perhaps you’re in remission and wondering why you’re not feeling better? Come and learn ways to relax the physical body and calm the mind, and find a sense of joy and purpose in life again. These evidence-based, easy to learn techniques can become tools that you carry with you every day, to use anywhere, any time. Melissa teaches Mindfulness Based Stillness Meditation and Relaxation techniques specifically for people with cancer – and has, for the past 5 years, had her own journey with cancer using medical, complementary and lifestyle changes to live well.
