River Daze: Music, Wine, Food
Murray Street, Barham, NSW, 2732, Australia
3rd March 2018 to 2nd March 2019
River Daze is a music, wine and food event presented on the banks of the Murray River at Barham. Designed to highlight the attractions of the region it will take place under historic red gums, on the banks of the Murray River. People of all ages can relax for the day and into the night, enjoying music, wine, food and hospitality. The inaugural event was held in March 2017 with 862 people in attendance; the significant riverside location drawing people together to celebrate what this region has to offer. A line up of diverse bands is what River Daze will deliver, supported by roving entertainment and cooking demonstrations, straight from the experts. There will be free kids amusements and family activities, and all day long attendees can indulge in artisanal food, wine, beer and a selection of the area’s popular produce. As the event is designed to showcase their diverse region and exciting food culture, the day will also feature local restaurants and producers. In 2018 the event will be headlined by ‘The Voices’- a collaboration of artists including Dale Ryder (Boom Crash Opera), Mark Gable (Choirboys), Jason Singh (Taxiride) and Reece Maston.
