*** Latest event details are yet to be confirmed *** With a unique focus on environmental sustainability and the celebration of cultural differences, Riverfest is a melting pot of ideas, creativity and fun! The event, held each year on the last Saturday of August between 11am and 3pm, aims to raise awareness of the city's local environment and cultural diversity. Try tasty treats from around the world, be entertained by groups performing their traditional dance, have a go at wide range of recycled craft projects or get some tips on sustainable gardening. With loads of interactive workshops, stalls and entertainment, learning about the sustainable environment and celebrating cultural differences has never been so much fun - and there is something for everyone! Don't forget to grab your copy of the Riverfest Passport, where you could win great prizes just by completing an activity at participating stalls and collecting passport stamps.
