School Holiday Workshop. Lots of fun for children ages four to twelve. Build and launch paper rockets using compressed air, watch a model rocket launch.

The WSU (Western Sydney University) Penrith Observatory runs astronomy programs designed to enhance exposure to astronomy, science and space science. Includes presentation, short 3D movie and viewing of the Sun safely through a telescope (weather permitting).

Parents/carers to remain with children at all times. Bookings essential.

The Observatory runs various events and astronomy nights throughout the year, please check the WSU Penrith Observatory website for information and dates of events. All visits must be booked and prepaid via the Observatory website.

The WSU Penrith Observatory is located on the Werrington North Campus of the University of Western Sydney just off the Great Western Highway.
