Domain, Sydney, NSW, 2000, Australia
3rd June 2018
Run2Cure Neuroblastoma will be held for the fifth time in the wonderful and iconic location of the Domain in Sydney. The aim of the event is to raise awareness of, and funds for, neuroblastoma childhood cancer research. Neuroblastoma is the leading cause of death of children under five from cancer. The event has now raised over AUD515, 000 which has been put towards neuroblastoma research projects at the Children’s Cancer Institute and Cancer Council NSW. In 2018, the aim is to raise AUD200 000 to continue to support neuroblastoma research. Their vision as a charity – started by parents affected by neuroblastoma – is to ensure all children have the chance to grow up and lead long and healthy lives, without side effects from their treatments. Currently aggressive neuroblastoma survival rates are only 50% and this is your opportunity to help change this. In 2018, Rio Olympic Gold Medal pentathlete, Chloe Esposito, will again be the Run2Cure Superstar. Thanks to all Run2Cure sponsors, many of whom have supported this event for over five years.
