Vintage fashion, valuable antiques, books, hand-made beauty products, designer labels and a chai stall -the market has it all! They are open in any weather - rain, hail or shine. To take a break from shopping, simply cross the road and go up to Surry Hills Community Café on Level One of the Surry Hills Library and Neighbourhood Centre. Enjoy a delicious range of sweet and savoury meals, all prepared fresh, and do not miss the opportunity to try their famous Devonshire Teas - two hot freshly-baked scones with jam and cream and a pot of tea for AUD7. The Surry Hills Community Cafe is air-conditioned during the summer months and has accessible toilets, including baby change facilities. The cafe opens on market day from 10am to 3pm.
