Risotto, Lasagna, Fettucini, Tagliatelle, Orecchiette, Fusilli, Maccheroni, Gargagnelli, Farfalle, Coloured Pasta, Bolognese Sauce, Tomato Sauce and other sauces.
You’ll be making perfect pasta every time after this, their signature pasta class. This Master class will help you perfect a beautiful risotto, lasagna, plus eight other types of long and short pasta both with egg and egg-free dough. They learn how to naturally colour their pasta, and over lunch they learn how to pair each with their perfect sauce.
