A unique opportunity to follow trained dogs as they find the elusive smell of black winter truffle in the ground. Once they indicate they will go in search of the rare black gold like archaeologists carefully digging through the soil until they locate the prized fungi.

After the one hour field trip, there will be a variety of truffle products to indulge your taste buds and discover just how many ways the truffle can be used, from savoury to sweet.

Mike Bynon from Corang Estate wines will be offering tasting of his award winning cool climate wines as an added bonus to our Saturday hunt event. The last opportunity for the 2019 truffle season.

After you've enjoyed the truffle tasting, they will then demonstrate how truffles are cleaned and graded, giving you the opportunity to purchase any truffle found along with other products, like butter, cheese, salt, all homemade at their truffle farm.
