Vivid Three Course Dinner at Mode Kitchen and Bar

As the Vivid Sydney festival returns, for the first time Mode Kitchen and Bar will be showcasing their creativity with a special three-course Vivid menu. Available every night throughout the festival period the menu will feature a selection of Head Chef Francesco Mannelli’s favourite seasonal picks. From wood-baked Tomino radicchio to hearty Rangers Valley wagyu cheek, the comforting winter dishes each exude the flair and passion that is synonymous with Mode. Completing the experience is a grand finale dish that is set to ignite all senses; Mannelli’s custom made ‘glow’ Pavlova. As an added special, free parking will be available for all guests enjoying the special menu between Monday-Thursday, 5.30pm-10pm. Vivid is one of the most vibrant times of the year in Sydney. Early booking is recommended to avoid disappointment.
