Part of Good Food Month by Citi, their Canoes Champagne and Canapés adventure is the perfect combination of food, wine and Wilderness. It's gastronomy heaven as well as wine tasting exploration of award winning cool climate varietals and boutique craft beers from the Southern Highlands. All set in the great outdoors, connecting you with nature as you explore the breathtaking, ancient sunken forest in Yarrunga Creek, off Kangaroo Valley. There are some places where nature over delivers. Glide downstream in one of our custom designed double-canoe rigs, with the backdrop of Morton National Park, and immerse your senses in its sheer beauty. This is home to the majestic azure kingfisher, wedge tail eagle, diamond python, rock wallaby, white breasted sea eagle and more. Indulge your taste buds with the bounty of delicious wild native canapés on board, like native yabbie brioche with a wild lime mayo, Loch lamb in a foraged herb crust, local spring water trout with dill kiphlers and beetroot pesto and Eucalyptus-twig skewers of olive and mint lamb. Your experienced guide is Travis Frenay of Paddle and Portage who has unsurpassed knowledge of this magical, hidden wilderness. Numbers are strictly limited so book now!
