They invite you in a place steeped in history, the Piccolo Bar, the oldest café in Sydney's Kings Cross. The café opened in the 1940s and merged into its current form in 1952. Come and taste a plate entirely filled with French specialities and pair in it with delicious wine selected by a French Sommelier! Tastings: A traditional Quiche Lorraine and Sparkling White Wine NV Crémant de Bourgogne A slice of cheese Savarin and White Wine 2017 Bourgogne Aligoté A slice of cheese Bûche de Chèvre and White Wine 2017 Chablis AOC Slices of charcuterie raw ham and dried ham and Red Wine 2016 Beaujolais A slice of cheese Brie fermier and 2016 Red Wine Chateau de Dracy Pinot Noir This event is organised by Bottli. They are dedicated to share the French wine and food knowledge, built over thousands of years. Most importantly, they want to propose a fun moment with good food and fine wine.
