The savoury, silky characteristics of high quality French wine are given an extra layer of complexity when matched with incredible canapés. Your hosts are Stéphane, a Fench Sommelier with 20 years of experience and David and Lisa, experts in French gastronomy. Together, they will introduce you to wine and food pairing. They created the perfect menu to enhance the appreciation of each wine selected for this occasion. Tastings: Sydney rock oyster with Australian White Wine 2018 Hart and Hunter Sémillon Sea Scallops with French White Wine 2017 Chablis AOC Domaine Long Depaquit and Australian White Wine 2017 Iron Gate Chardonnay Duck confit ravioli with French Red Wine 2016 Bourgogne Château de Dracy Pinot Noir Vanilla creme brullé tart with French White Wine 2013 Muscat de Beaume de Venise Domaine de Durban This event is organised by Bottli.
