In this class, participants will learn to make: Sichuan spiced lamb with steamed bao buns, pickled cucumber and sriracha, Green curry of prawns with jasmine rice, Lime icy poles with toasted rice flakes. Class will include: Printed recipes, Full demonstration, wine and meal following class.
