Mala beads have been used by yogis since time immemorial, Mala's are used in meditation whilst chanting or repeating a mantra. They are used to keep the mind focused during meditation and as a means to count the amount of Mantra chanted. This transformative practice is cleansing, purifying and if done regularly can indeed change your life.
In this workshop, create your own Mala from wooden beads and semi-precious stones using traditional knotting and stringing techniques, then learn to use your newly created Mala beads.
No jewellery making experience is necessary as you will be guided step-by-step through the process.
