While opening the Liverpool centre, Minister for Finance and Services Dominic Perrottet said that since opening its doors to customers on 30 May, more than 14,000 customers have been served with an average waiting time of around three minutes and a customer satisfaction score of 99%.

“Even with the large number of customers this is a clear demonstration of the early success of this centre and I’m confident the team here is well positioned to cater for future growth in this region.”

The Liverpool centre is providing local customers with access to a range of government transactions such as applications for: birth, death and marriage certificates; driver licences; vehicle registration; fishing licences; contractor licences and housing payments.

The Liverpool centre is open for extended hours weekdays and on Saturdays, with residents and businesses taking advantage of the additional services.

During the last 11 months, Service NSW centres across NSW have served in excess of three million customers through its digital service, 24/7 phone service and 18 service centres. The average customer satisfaction score remains unchanged at 98% since launch.

The Liverpool Service NSW centre is located at the Megacenta Liverpool, 2-20 Orange Grove Rd, Liverpool. Opening hours are 7am-7pm Monday to Friday and 9am-3pm on Saturdays.
