People can share ideas, answer a poll and/or complete a quick survey.

With inbuilt privacy options, people can choose how much information about themselves that they wish to share.

Community feedback will help the NSW Government:

  • identify issues workers and businesses have faced during COVID-19
  • recognise issues around people returning to work
  • explore ways to support people when they need help most.

The consultation will inform a review of the $45 million Mentally Healthy Workplaces Strategy, and future policy making.

Minister for Better Regulation and Innovation Kevin Anderson said COVID-19 has had a dramatic impact on many people’s lives.

“Many companies have shifted to a remote working model, while others have unfortunately had to reduce staff numbers or hours worked, leaving many NSW employees facing an uncertain future,” Mr Anderson said.

“We want to hear from people across all industries and in different types of working arrangements to get a clear understanding of how these unprecedented challenges have impacted workplace mental health."
