The report, written by the NSW Office of State Revenue, details the financial performance of the grant in the 12 months between July 1 2013 and June 30 2014.
The Spring Farm suburb topped the list, with homebuyers receiving over $7 million in grants over the past year, closely followed by West Hoxton, Werrington, St Mary’s, Liverpool and Parramatta.
NSW Treasurer Andrew Constance said the results reflected the Government’s commitment to helping first home buyers get on the property ladder.
