The all-of-government communications framework aims to ensure that NSW citizens have a first-class customer experience no matter which agency of government they deal with.
Its purpose is to re-fresh and drive customer communications excellence across government to maximise impact, effectiveness and efficiency of our communications.
Collaborating and coordinating on our communications across the sector will deliver customer and government benefits:
- stronger, better coordinated government narrative
- more relevant and targeted communications
- smarter, cost-effective use of government channels
- easier navigation and recognition of government information
