What we do
The Regional Precincts Group works within the Department of Regional NSW.
We lead and implement programs to strengthen regional NSW communities through critical infrastructure initiatives, environmental services, project delivery expertise and targeted investment attraction strategies.
These are delivered, in part, through the NSW Government’s Snowy Hydro Legacy Fund and the Regional Investment Activation Program.
They are based on priority initiatives in line with the government’s strategies, objectives and priorities.

Regional Growth NSW Development Corporation
Regional Growth NSW Development Corporation
Regional Growth NSW Development Corporation is delivering on the NSW Government’s Special Activation Precinct program.
We partner with government, business, industry and education providers to create world-class, sustainable, economic zones at the forefront of innovation.
Our world-class precincts encourage economic growth and investment in the regions through government-funded infrastructure, streamlined planning and approvals and business support services. All of which help lower the cost and time of setting up in NSW.
We work with the Snowy Hydro Legacy Fund and the Department of Planning who fund and plan these precincts.
