Severe wet weather has caused potholes and damage to roads across NSW. Transport for NSW is responsible for major arterial roads which carry most traffic like highways or State roads. Its road maintainer crews are working 24 hours a day to address road maintenance issues as quickly as they can. You can report a road maintenance issue through the Transport for NSW website.
If the road is not a State road – it will be referred to the relevant local Council. The NSW Government provides funding grants to councils to help maintain these roads.
