The platform hosts a best-in-class content management system (CMS) that provides an improved publishing experience.
It includes workflow controls to help agencies manage:
- the development of their own content
- approvals
- editorial processes.
The platform adopts the NSW Design System, which creates a single consistent visual style and focuses on the accessibility needs of citizens. This includes:
- optimal design for multiple devices and browsers
- mobile-responsive content
- content templates and easy-to-use components
- web forms.
nsw.gov.au also offers integrations such as maps, feedback widgets and other government website linkages.
nsw.gov.au provides the tools for agencies to create and maintain their customer analytics so they can inform your future planning, policies and campaigns.
