MC and keynotes
Adam Spencer is a famous Australian media personality and public mathematician. He likes to describe himself as “nowhere near Australia’s best mathematician - but possibly it’s best known”.
Adam was completing a PhD in Pure Mathematics at the University of Sydney when he won a national Raw Comedy championship with Triple J, Australia’s youth radio station. He then went to become one of Australia’s most respected, wittiest, and thought-provoking breakfast radio commentators across Triple J and later ABC 702.
His dexterity at being both mathematical - he has authored 7 best-selling books for talented maths students - and verbal - he was voted best debater in the world at the 1996 World Championships - makes him a curious customer indeed.
Adam is currently the Ambassador for Science and Mathematics at the University of Sydney, and his latest book, Maths 101, for Dumb Dads and Desperate Mums, has been released by Hardie Grant.
Anders Sörman-Nilsson (Global EMBA / LLB) is a futurist and the founder of the think tank and trend analysis firm - Thinque, which provides data-based research, foresight and thought leadership assets for global brands across 4 continents.
The company's vision is to disseminate and decode ‘avant-garde ideas which expand minds and inspire a change of heart’, and clients like Microsoft, Apple, Facebook, McKinsey, Jaguar Land Rover, Adobe, MINI, Rugby New Zealand and Lego trust his future guidance.
He is an awarded keynote speaker who helps leaders decode trends, decipher what’s next and turn provocative questions into proactive answers. He has published 3 books on digital transformation and innovation including ‘Aftershock’ (2020), ‘Seamless’ (2017) and ‘Digilogue’ (2013), is a member of TEDGlobal, Entrepreneurs Organization where he is the Sydney Chapter's Leadership Impact Chair, and was nominated to the World Economic Forum’s Young Global Leaders in 2019. He is the author of the 2020 Microsoft & Thinque whitepaper "How Artificial Intelligence is powering Australian Retail in 2020 and beyond", the co-creator of the B2B marketing award-winning Adobe Creative (CQ) Intelligence test, and is the host of the 2nd Renaissance Podcast.

Minister for Digital, Minister for Customer Service
Victor Dominello is a senior Minister in the New South Wales Government and has held various portfolios over the last decade including Aboriginal Affairs, Innovation and Finance.
In 2019 he was appointed the inaugural Minister for Customer Service and in 2021 was also appointed the inaugural Minister for Digital Government.
Victor firmly believes the use of real-time data and technology are the most powerful ways to improve quality of life and reduce suffering.
Victor was a member of the original Crisis Cabinet which led the NSW response to Covid-19 and now sits on the Covid-19 and Economic Recovery Committee.
His particular focus has been on delivering digital solutions such as the Service NSW QR code check-in feature and the real-time data analysis which has informed the state’s decision making.
Victor has been the driving force behind the roll out of the Digital Driver Licence, the establishment of the $2.1b Digital Restart Fund and the rapid expansion of the Service NSW app to include QR code check-ins, the voucher programs, such as Dine and Discover, Covid-19 test alert notifications and the registration of positive rapid antigen tests.
In addition to digital, technology and customer experience, Victor is also obsessed with Batman.
