Managing residual assets, risks and obligations
The Post-Transaction Management team in Commercial Assets manages the remaining assets, liabilities and risks that stay with the State after major asset transactions. This includes obligations linked to the State and any remaining entities. Their work ranges from routine tasks like landowner consents and lease management to handling ongoing risks.
The team also helps Treasury Finance meet financial and reporting requirements for special-purpose entities set up to support asset transactions. These entities include:
