General
Registration
- Registration is required for all participants, whether attending in person or online.
- To secure your spot, please register before 5pm on Thursday, 5 June 2025.
Event recording
- Let's Rock NSW will be livestreamed and recorded. The full event recording will be available for 14 days after the event, allowing you to revisit any sessions you missed.
Event communications
- Registered participants will receive an event reminder email a few days before the event, with details tailored to their participation:
- In-person participants will receive venue information.
- Online participants will receive the livestream link.
- After the event, all participants will receive an email requesting feedback to help improve future events.
Engagement
- Participants will have the opportunity to engage in real-time via Slido.

Visual Story
- A Visual Story has been developed to assist you with your arrival to Let’s Rock NSW with information on the event and what to expect before you attend. Access the Visual Story.
Transport
- Royal Randwick is located 6km from Sydney CBD and is well serviced by public transport:
- Light Rail: Royal Randwick Light Rail Stop
- Bus: Stops along Alison Road

Parking
- Outdoor carpark: Limited free parking spots.
- Multi-level undercover carpark: Flat rate of $10 per vehicle.
- Accessible parking: Available in both carparks (mobility permit required).
- Parking attendants will guide you on a first-come, first-served basis. The multi-level carpark has a lift and is located opposite the Winx Stand.
Cloakroom
- A cloakroom will be available in the room for the duration of the event.
Accessibility
- The venue is fully accessible with:
- Ramps and lifts
- Accessible restrooms throughout the venue.
Navigation
- Clear signage will be available throughout the venue to guide you to key areas.
- Volunteers will be stationed around the venue to assist with any questions or directions you may have.
Food and drinks
- During the event networking, a range of food and beverage options will be catered to different dietary needs, food allergies and intolerances. This information can be advised during your in-person registration.
Accessibility and inclusion
Auslan
- In-person interpreters will be on stage, with priority seating available close to the stage.
- A video feed of interpreters will be shown on main presentation screens and made available to online participants via the live stream.
Hearing loop
- The venue is equipped with a hearing loop. Please specify if you require this service during registration.
Assistance animals
- Assistance animals are welcome at Let’s Rock NSW.
- A designated relief area will be available at the venue.
- If you plan to bring an Assistance animals, please provide details during registration.
Blind / low vision
- Volunteers will be stationed at the venue to provide you with any assistance you may need.
- A braille agenda can be collected from the registration desk.
Mobility aid
- The venue is fully accessible with clear pathways between seating areas.
Charging station for scooter
- A charging station for mobility scooters will be available at a designated location in the venue.
- Please ask at the registration desk for direction if you require assistance.
Neurodivergent / sensory considerations
- We will have a dedicated quiet space at the venue for participants who require reduced lighting and sound.
Audio description
- Audio description services will narrate key visual elements of the event. Please advise in the registration form if you require this service to obtain a headset for the duration of the event.
- Online participants will be able to join the live stream to hear the audio description.
Tactile tour
- A tactile tour will be available to assist participants prior to the event.
- This guided tour will take place sometime in the morning, on the day of the event.
- Please make sure you advise us in the registration form so we can communicate details of the tour.
Accessible toilets
- Accessible toilets are conveniently located throughout the venue.
- These facilities are designed to accommodate individuals with mobility aids and are marked with clear signage to ensure easy access.
Live captioning
- Live captions will be provided for all sessions, in-person and online.
- Captions will be displayed on the main presentation screens.
- A QR code will be provided to stream live captioning on your devices.
Support person
- Support persons are welcome. Please provide their full name in the registration form.
Flexible seating arrangements
- There will be no allocated seating on the day, you will have the freedom to choose where to sit.
- The venue provides clear pathways and accessible seating areas for wheelchair and mobility aid users.
- If you do require a certain type of seating accommodation, please advise in the registration form.
- During the networking event, scattered seating will also be available.
