Overlooking Pittwater and surrounded by ancient spotted gum forest, this intimate yoga studio in Sydney’s Northern Beaches focuses on gentle styles of yoga to reduce stress and anxiety.
Owner and teacher Claire Lane offers hatha yin yoga classes, as well as yoga nidra, a sleep-based relaxation exercise that will have you floating all the way home.
Paradise Yoga classes are suitable for all skill levels and ages, and classes are held at a maximum of six students, perfect for beginners. Yoga mats and props are all provided.
