The Premier

The Premier is the chief minister and usually chooses the direction of the NSW Government.

The Premier leads and coordinates the work of the Ministers and has greater authority over all actions of the Cabinet and Government than any other Minister.

The Premier can decide what portfolios the Ministers have and, in the case of the non-Labor parties, also chooses who will be Ministers.

Dominic Perrottet

Dominic Perrottet was first elected to the NSW Parliament as Member for Castle Hill on 26 March 2011.
