Forest management commencement notification
Use this form to notify Local Land Services of your upcoming harvest operations under Sections 5.1 to 5.3. of the Private Native Forest (PNF) Codes of Practice.
About your commencement notification form
You must submit your form within 30 days prior to commencement of the relevant forestry operations.
The form must be filled out by a Landholder who is listed on title or, in the case of a Company, a Company Director or Secretary.
A forestry operation cannot commence until after your FMP is approved by LLS.
It is recommended you retain a copy of the commencement notification and the map, or completed FMP, you provided to LLS for your reference.
How to provide your map
You can provide a map or shapefile to show the location of your proposed clearing.
To do this, reply to the confirmation email you receive after submitting this form and attach any required documentation to support your notification.
