Forest management plan completion notification
Use this form to submit a notification of the completion of harvest operations under Section 5.1 to 5.3. of the Private Native Forestry (PNF) Codes of Practice.
About your completion notification
Completion notifications are to be submitted to Local Land Services within 30 days following the completion of forestry operations.
If operations temporarily cease and are not expected to re-commence in the following 30 days a completion notification should be provided to LLS and a new commencement notification should be supplied within 30 days prior to recommencement.
A temporary cessation and then recommencement of an existing operation within 30 days will not require a completion notification, a new Forest Management Plan (FMP) or commencement notification.
How to provide your map
You are required to provide a map showing the location of forestry operations.
You can reply to the confirmation email you receive after submitting this form and attach any required documentation to support your notification.
