Connect and Thrive

Connect and Thrive is a series of place-based initiatives designed to empower young people who tell us they want more opportunities to engage with their community.

Connect and Thrive provides opportunities for young people to connect with their peers, collaborate with decision-makers on local issues, and contribute ideas for positive change.

There are also programs which support young people’s wellbeing and transition to adulthood, and to further develop the skills and practices of youth sector workers and community members who support young people.

Connect and Thrive: Pathways Series

Connect and Thrive: Pathways events are for young people, and will be held in Parkes on Tuesday 3 June 2025, Albury on Thursday 5 June 2025, and Kempsey on Tuesday 24 June 2025.

These events give young people an opportunity to network with their peers, connect with other local young leaders and professionals, build leadership and presentation skills, share ideas for community improvements, and hear from businesses, organisations and government agencies working within their community supporting young people to find their path.

Join us in a space dedicated to hearing your voice and helping you shape the future of your community.
