Travelling Stock Reserves Monitoring and Audit Strategy

Local Land Services uses a standardised monitoring and audit strategy to manage travelling stock reserves (TSR) in NSW.

Monitoring TSR allows for comparison of change over time at a given location to evaluate, report and improve management outcomes. Monitoring involves a conservation assessment using the rapid conservation assessment method developed by Local Land Services, including a photo monitoring point and reviewing observed changes in vegetation condition against management plan objectives.
