The NSW Government is committed to supporting young people with disability access at work. Considerations include:

  • Opportunities to engage in both short and long term employment.
  • Many roles and tasks can be undertaken across physical, cognitive and sensory disability.
  • Young people with a disability can be included in the Regional Gap Year employment program.
  • Workplace adjustments can be provided.
