Beetroot smoothie bowl

Get energised this festive season by adding veggie powder to this deliciously sweet breakfast bowl of goodness.

  • 1 tbsp Kirkconnell Farm Beetroot Powder
  • 1 heaped cup (165g) organic frozen mixed berries
  • 1 small ripe banana, sliced and frozen
  • 2–3 tbsp coconut or almond milk
  • 1 scoop plain or vanilla protein powder (optional)
  • Toppings of your choice, use fruit or veggies that are in season


  1. Blend all the ingredients except the toppings in a food processor, adding milk until the mixture reaches a soft-serve consistency.
  2. Scoop into serving bowls and decorate beautifully with desired toppings. Serve.
