Ingredients 1 tbsp Kirkconnell Farm Beetroot Powder 1 heaped cup (165g) organic frozen mixed berries 1 small ripe banana, sliced and frozen 2–3 tbsp coconut or almond milk 1 scoop plain or vanilla protein powder (optional) Toppings of your choice, use fruit or veggies that are in season Method Blend all the ingredients except the toppings in a food processor, adding milk until the mixture reaches a soft-serve consistency.
