Support for employers
The Harvest Trail Services and the Harvest Trail Information Service connect workers with employers in harvesting areas across Australia.
Employer obligations
The NSW government expects that employers must meet workplace safety and fair work conditions required by Australian law.
You must
- pay award rates
- have current workplace insurance
- pay superannuation benefits to staff where required and
- ensure workplace health and safety laws are adhered to
- ensure you are compliant with all COVID requirements.
