Debby has a strong background in community engagement working in a number of not-for-profit organisations as well as local government and holds a Bachelor of Business. She enjoys working collaboratively to make living in the New England North West region amazing and wants to ensure young people are heard, opinions valued and that they are part of the change for the future. She is passionate about supporting regional communities to make them stronger and resilient for the future.
