The contact tracers at NSW Health may need to contact the business owner or venue operator when a suspected or confirmed COVID-19 case has attended their premises.
This may happen at any time of the day or night.
If the contact person you entered at the time of registering your business is the right person for NSW Health to contact, you do not need to do anything.
If you would like our contact tracers to get in touch with someone else, please use this form to register an alternative contact.
Update the contact phone number for your business
This process involves multiple steps.
- Enter the email address you used to register your business in the field below.
- We will send you an email with a secure link to update your contact details.
- Click on the link in the email and add the new contact person to the form.

Update business name, email or address
Your business resources (QR code, webform and social badges) are linked to the name and address of your business, plus the email you used to sign up.

QR codes for COVID Safe Check in
Help keep the community safe and make contact tracing easy by using the Service NSW COVID Safe Check in. Your business will get a QR code that sends customer details directly to Service NSW.
