About Legal Aid NSW
Legal Aid NSW provides legal services for people across NSW, with a particular focus on the needs of people who are socially and economically disadvantaged. Legal Aid NSW can help people in many ways—including help by phone and online, free legal information and help at court. We can assist in many areas of criminal and family law as well as everyday legal problems such as your rights about goods, services and contracts, Centrelink disputes, discrimination and harassment, rent or mortgage difficulties, help after disasters and elder abuse and older peoples’ rights. We offer information sessions for community members, community workers, and schools.
