Visiting the Expo in person
There's no need to book or get a ticket to the Expo. Just turn up to the event at the International Convention Centre in Sydney. See our Expo page for details.
Entry to the Expo is free. But bring some money for lunch or purchases.
Plan ahead for how you'll get there.
We encourage you to use public transport.
- Get a train to Central.
- Then from the Grand Concourse, get L1 Inner West light rail services to the Exhibition Centre.
- The closest light rail stop is Exhibition Centre.
- Exit the ICC building via the escalators and walk along Moriarty Walk.
- Volunteers along the walkway will direct you further.
There's paid parking at the Exhibition Centre entry on Darling Drive. The closest drop off point is on Zollner Circuit off Darling Drive. You can find real-time traffic conditions at livetraffic.com
We release an Expo schedule at the start of each year. You can time your visit with certain shows or presentations.
The Expo is open from 9am until 5pm on the first day, and 9am until 3pm on the next day.
Finding things at the Expo

At the main entrance to the Expo hall, there's an information stand on the left-hand side.
To get a showbag, see the NSW Seniors Card stand near the back, on the left hand side on entering the hall.
There's accessible toilets both at the front and back of the Expo hall.
Food and water
There are many water refill stations around the hall.
There are two cafes in the Expo hall. One to the right of the entrance and the other at the back, next to the Live Stage.
You can also visit other food venues at Darling Harbour. The Harbourside Shopping Centre food hall is a short walk away.
Health and safety
St Johns and NSW Ambulance will be on site to assist with all first aid requirements.
There are plenty of hand sanitiser stations. You're required to wear a mask on public transport.
