Transport for NSW advise that the eight knot speed zone on the Clyde River near the town ship of Nelligen has been extended.
The speed zone now comprises waters of the Clyde River from the upstream side of the Nelligen Bridge and extending downstream from the bridge for approximately one kilometre to an imaginary line created by the last residential properties on either side of the river as indicated by eight knot speed limit signs.
Vessel operators are also reminded that the area downstream of the Nelligen Bridge remains a designated ‘no towing’ zone.
