  • You cannot amend or withdraw your ROI after submitting. It is important that all the information you enter is correct at the time you submit your ROI

Registration of interest fee

A payment link will be made available as soon as possible for you to complete the ROI payment.

You may register your interest in NSW nomination before completing the ROI payment; however, you will not receive an outcome until the payment is made.   

Assessment of your ROI

You will receive an outcome (or request for further information) within four weeks after completing you ROI fee payment.

Do not ask for an update on your ROI during this time. 

Applying for NSW nomination

If your ROI is successful, you will be invited to apply for NSW nomination. You can only apply for NSW nomination if you are invited.

Customer information

Strength of your business model

If your pilot customer is a business, what is the size of the potential contract or number of individual users they represent? For a channel to customers, what is the reach in terms of number of potential customers or users?
 
Do they have a great reputation within your target market? Do they offer opportunities to scale and grow your product significantly (including customer base, partnerships, integrations/bundling with their software, on-sell opportunities)? Will they be able to provide specific feedback on your product to assist your product development?
 
How else are you going to get paying customers in the first 6-12 months? Tell us if you have any existing leads.
 
For example, estimated number of transactions, paying customers, or sales revenue and growth rate.
 
How will you commercialise the product and achieve your target?
Total Available Market (TAM) is the total market demand for a product or service. i.e. Total number of potential customers who would buy your product, or the total dollar value of the market.
