Allocation of places for the 2020-21 financial year.

NSW has now been provided our full allocation of nomination places for the 2020–21 financial year.
NSW will begin accepting direct applications in early February 2021 for all Business Innovation and Investment (Provisional) visa (subclass 188) streams, and the Business Talent (Permanent) visa (subclass 132) Significant Business History stream.
We cannot accept applications until this time.
Applications for returning visa nominations continue as normal.
You do not need to submit a new EOI in SkillSelect if your current EOI remains valid.
