Strength of your business model

If your pilot customer is a business, what is the size of the potential contract or number of individual users they represent? For a channel to customers, what is the reach in terms of number of potential customers or users?

Do they offer opportunities to scale and grow your product significantly (including customer base, partnerships, integrations/bundling with their software, on-sell opportunities)? Will they be able to provide specific feedback on your product to assist your product development?
 
How else are you going to get paying customers in the first 6-12 months? Tell us if you have any existing leads.
