About this location
While regular golf is not the best snow sport, Thredbo’s disc golf ensures players can enjoy a friendly tournament year-round. Played much like regular golf, just without clubs, golf balls or holes, disc golfers must hurl a disc into a tall vessel with the champion making the goal in as few throws as possible. Thredbo’s 18-hole course meanders through bushland and open fields with mountain vistas that frequently divert attention from the game. Whether the day is snow-covered or bathed in summer sunshine, disc golf makes for a fun and active excursion on the mountain.
