Step back in time at Hazeldean Quandary, near Ariah Park, a fifth and sixth-generation family farm. Your hosts will provide a guided tour of the two self-contained train carriages used in an award-winning bed and breakfast operation, the pioneer's cottage containing family memorabilia dating back to the late 1800s, the collection of horse-drawn farming equipment, sulkies, wagons and carts and meet the two Clydesdales.
Visitors are served an old-fashioned morning tea using English fine-bone china. Tables and chairs are under the cover of verandahs and a gazebo. Visitors will find many seats and benches to rest on a stroll around the rambling country garden containing over 200 rose bushes and a water garden.
Available for groups with a minimum of four and a maximum of ten.
Hazeldean is easily located just off Burley Griffin Way 22 kilometres west of Temora and 14 kilometres east of the historic village of Ariah Park.
Please note, bookings are essential with at least 24 hours prior notice.
