Located in Maclean in Northern NSW, the Maclean District Museum and Stone Cottage offers a fascinating insight into the region's cultural and social history. Enjoy Maclean District Museum with displays on the Yaegl Culture, Maclean's Scottish roots, the agriculture and boating industry, and replicas of an early schoolroom and hospital. The adjacent Stone Cottage, built between 1879 and 1889, recreates a typical home from the turn of the century. Group bookings are welcome.
