About this location
The New South Wales Lancers Memorial Museum is located a few metres from Parramatta Railway Station.
It showcases the history of the Royal New South Wales Lancers peacetime training and participation in the Anglo Boer War, World Wars One and Two, peacekeeping operations and national disaster assistance.
Housed in an 1828 historic building there is a unique collection of artefacts and records. In the barracks grounds there is a collection of historic vehicles used by the Regiment since its mechanisation.
