The Plains Inc.

They are an Agritourism Network in the Liverpool Plains that consists in individual agritourism businesses offering farm accommodation, tours, events and workshops. They publish a quarterly events calendar listing our member events and agritourism experiences. The most popular experiences are the sunflowers! Some of their members plant sunflowers for visitors to enjoy - they can frolic amongst the sunny flowers, take great photos and pick them. There are lots of events around the sunflowers: long lunches, arts and cooking workshops, agronomist talks, open farms, farm tours. Sunflower season is usually in January/February, but as nature has it, it is volatile and changes from year to year. To stay informed, follow the Plains Inc. on social media!
