Overview of this event
Rod Halsted is a true-blue Assie with a past as colourful as his language. From the streets to the slammer, Rod lived through addiction, crime, and chaos and come out swinging. With a wicked sense of humour and no filter, he shares his story the way he lived it: raw, cheeky, and full throttle. He's not ere to preach, jut to tell it like it is.
His book "Take My Advice, I'm Not Using IT!'' is a laugh out loud story of a rollercoaster life from penthouse to the slammer, and how Rod finally found his way back to sanity. Beneath the madness is a story of grit and redemption. Told with Aussie bluntness and larrikin charm, this book is a rollercoaster of laughs, shocks, and straight from the heart.
