Established in 2013, Spencer Cocoa make their award-winning "bean to bar" chocolate using cocoa beans grown on the island of Malekula, Vanuatu.
In Mudgee, the cocoa is roasted, stone-ground and tempered into a lively and delicious chocolate.
Step into the heart of our factory for a hosted insight into how bean-to-bar chocolate is made. Discover how cocoa is grown in Vanuatu and what happens once the cocoa beans arrive in Mudgee. Taste freshly roasted cocoa nibs and our range of Single Origin Dark, Milk and White Chocolate.
