For one night only, Bertie's in Ballina will host an unmissable culinary collaboration featuring two acclaimed chefs: Armando Enriquez Icaza and Juan Branto.
This exclusive dining event showcases the bold vibrancy of Mexican flavours and the soulful finesse of Argentinian cuisine. Expect a flavour-packed feast crafted with precision, passion, and premium local produce.
Chef Armando Enriquez Icaza brings a dynamic take on traditional Mexican fare, honed through experience in Mexico, the USA, and Australia. Now based in Northern NSW, he leads the kitchen at Tropical Fruit World and is known for pop-up appearances that celebrate regional ingredients with creative flair.
Joining him is Chef Juan Branto, born in Argentina and classically trained in French cuisine. With experience at renowned restaurants including Alo's Bistro in Buenos Aires and Restaurant Labart on the Gold Coast, Branto's dishes are refined, heartfelt, and full of character.
