Orange City Library are hosting a special FOOD Week event to celebrate the launch of Elizabeth Hewson's new cookbook, Home Food: The perfect cookbook for imperfect cooks. Elizabeth will be in conversation with Sophie Hansen.
Elizabeth Hewson is a fresh voice in home cooking, with a growing following through her Weekend Australian Magazine column and her cult #saturdaynightpasta movement. What began as a simple idea led to her bestselling book Saturday Night Pasta and a product range now stocked nationwide.
Elizabeth cooks for real life - when you're tired, hungry, and need comfort more than complexity. Her food is achievable, generous and joyfully imperfect.
Her new book Home Food is exactly that: simple, comforting, sometimes nostalgic family cooking, from easy weeknights to relaxed weekend pottering. It's real, delicious, achievable food. For when dinner just needs to be dinner.
